Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you may submit a cancellation request through any of our customer service channels. Once your request is approved, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid. There are no cancellation fees for orders that have not entered the shipping process.
2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still initiate a return after the item has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return instructions included in your package or contact our customer service team for assistance in starting the return process.
3. Refund Processing
Processing Time: After your cancellation request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 1–5 business days. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refund Method: All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods unless required by applicable law or payment provider restrictions.
