Shipping policy
Order Processing and Dispatch
We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder first.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Fees
Orders of $139.99 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders below $139.99 will incur a shipping fee of $8.99.
Order Tracking
You can track your order status by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details. Tracking information will be updated once your package is shipped.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
